In order to save your spot on our calendar, a non refundable deposit of 50% must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Your order will be confirmed with receipt of payment. The remaining 50% balance is due at pickup.
You will have a link on your invoice to pay via credit card, but we accept multiple forms of payment so please inquire if you'd prefer to pay another way.
Cookies, cakes, cupcakes, etc, are forms of art as well as tasty treats! Each item is handmade and decorated fresh for you. Because of this, no two items will be exactly alike and each item may vary slightly in design. We do not guarantee exact replicas of another artist's work. Exact color matches may be tough, too. If you're looking for a specific color, it's best to bring a physical swatch when your order is placed.
Please note, no orders can be completed with copyrighted images.
Because we want to make everyone the best cookies possible, please do not make any changes to your order within ten days of prior to your scheduled pickup. We understand that changes occur and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible, but it may incur a fee depending on necessary changes.
Orders cancelled at least three weeks prior to pickup date will receive a credit for the amount paid, which will be good for six months following the cancellation date. Orders cancelled less than three weeks notice will not receive a credit or refund. All payments are non-refundable. If Worth the Weight Bakery must cancel an order, a full refund will then be issued.
Pickup is available in Panther Creek in the Woodlands, TX. The time will be agreed upon at the time of the order and will be listed on your invoice along with my address for pickup. Delivery is only offered for wedding cakes at this time. Shipping is not allowed under Texas Cottage Food Laws.
If you are going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible. I understand things come up, but as a home baker, I schedule my family around pickup times so I can't guarantee I'll be available at another time. After fifteen minutes, orders will incur a late fee of $5 per fifteen minutes of delay and this fee must be paid before your order is received.
We understand that everyone's tastes are different and our treats may not be what you are used to. We use quality ingredients and have high expectations of our baked goods, but we may not hit your mark. We do not issue any refunds for our goods at this time. If for any reason you're unsatisfied and want to discuss, we will have to receive the unused portions of your order to assess any issues you may have.
